My name is Chloe Bailey, I'm an artist and military veteran. I'm currently a freelance artist located in Montebello, CA. 

 

I graduated in 2013 from the Art Institute of Ohio-Cincinatti. I find the greatest personal satisfaction when I am able to create something artistic from next to nothing, (like storyboarding out scenes I come across when I read a new book.)
